"Once again thank you for your wonderful customer service. I deal in the customer service industry everyday and really appreciate it when I come across a company that does an above average job of customer service. I will give you the best compliment that I know of - I will refer you to others."

Just take your new set up into Best Buy and you will find that actually only stereos that are already set up for blue tooth will actually run the feature that says it sends the phone signals through the cars sound system. You actually get 1 speaker they install under the dash that is hard to hear. According to Best Buy the wiring harness that comes with the T605 doesnt do the trick either to run the phone sound through your car stereo. People say they can hear me fine but I often have a hard time hearing them when in my car and on the T605. This unit works OK with the windows rolled up, it does not turn the stereo off/down when a call comes in. I dont know who is lying Motorola or Best Buy and I have been to 2 Best Buys that told me the same thing. This hands free device works OK, it does not do what Motorola says it will do or they dont tell you that there is a good chance your car stereo wont work with this device. By the way my car is modern and came with a factory installed Bose Stereo. It isnt junk either.
