I have had 4 of these and they all have had different problems with keeping their connection with the phone. It takes away from the conveneince of a wireless device when you have to pick up the phone.

There is so much noise on the other end of the call, the people I am talking to say they can't stand to talk to me when I am using it.
It is pretty much useless!!! You can not carry on a conversation using it. They hear every breath. They hear other noises around me greatly magnified, like running water, door opening, children talking, etc. Then it also crackles, and statics, loudly, when I move.
Just a terrible over all experience with it so far. :-(

Motorola H700 Bluetooth Headset looks cool and it ends there. Keeping it pair was a challenge. Pretty flimsy around my ears. Expected better volume sound.
