"Thank you very much. That is excellent service in a time when customer service is non existent in most companies. I will look forward to doing more business with you in the future"

This is a cool device if you are just sitting at home on your laptop. The lights when the device is on make it look like you are conducting traffic control. If i could return my product i would get something a little less bulky.
Works great at home or work.

Pros:
Connects easily to any USB Bluetooth adapter, great range, good sound
Cons:
Can become or feel heavy despite the 3.5 ounce weight.
Overall I have been very happy with the Jabra 620. I received it as a gift without any other accessories. I have used a Bluetootn USB adapter, Widcom, I already had to connect my cell phone to my PC. I also purchased another USB adapter for my work so I could leave them both in place and take the headphones with me.
Once I learned to adjust the angle they sit on my ears the comfort was much better. As to the annoying blue flashing lights: all bluetooth devices have them. The better ones, cell phone or stereo head phones, have a function to turn off the light, and the 620's can also disable the lights completely. At lest until you turn them off and back on again. But holding the 2 main buttons on the left and right ears for 6-10 seconds is really not a hassle. Besides, the lights help remind co-workers that I am listening to music and that they need to give me a second to pause with a simple right ear tap. I LOVE THESE!
I listen to music, movies or whatever else at home without disturbing my family late at night. I am also getting a Bluetooth adapter from Jabra, with a 3.5 mm jack for my iPaq or wife's iPod (and a 3.5 to 2.5 adapter) to plug into my xbox to make my 620 as useful as possible.
I only wish my cell phone would play mp3's over bluetooth, but it only will play through the 2.5 mm headset jack.
