"Your form of customer service is unfortunately rare in today's marketplace, and even rarer online. Your excellent and forward-thinking approach for handling this simple matter of a delay in product from your supplier, make me feel confident that you are fully able to handle any more serious problems that come your way. You have earned a long-term customer"

The drive does not work on an Palm E2. Documentaion is HORRIBLE.
The package arrive, including the CD. The CD is flawed. Cannot be ready using XP and Linux. Downloaded the driver from 2 different sites. The first attempt at driver installation resulted in very few functional keys. The ones that function emitted the wrong characters.
Deleted the SW from the E2. Installed the driver from the 2nd source. More keys responded. Some were actually correct. The others were either incorrect or did not function.
It is just not yet ready for prime time. There something wrong with the SW. I have an RMA for the return. I could only purchase from a Hong Kong address. Wonder what the cost will be to ship it. Zowie.
Stay away from this one. It's a mess. Darn.
Overall this is one of the worst keyboard products I have ever purchased.

I have tried many keyboards over the last ten years and this is one of the worst products I have used so far.
Hardware:
The hardware design is very fragile. Within the first week of use the stand and lap lock has broken. The all plastic design does not hold up well under normal usage. The switch for changing between HID and SPP mode failed within 60 days of use.
Documentation:
The documentation provided in the packaging and on the Freedom Web site does not provides the limited information about connecting the keyboard to hand held devices. The connection process is difficult to setup not to mention the frequent dropped connections. I have used this with multiple devices and have found this to be a consistent problem with all operating systems.
Software:
Installation of the software was easy. That's about all the good news!
Once installed I had to request an unlock code to use the keyboard. This was a real pain as I was traveling when the keyboard was purchased and had to wait until I had an internet connection to get the unlock code. Since the code is only good for one device I had to request a separate code for each device I wanted to use the keyboard with. It took over a week to get each additional codes. There is a very limited number of features in the software and no help file. The Windows Mobile SmartPhone software would never successfully install on any phone.
Support:
support requests were not answered for over a week and the Online support is always off line and multiple attempts to get help through the tech support chat window went unanswered.
Overall this is one of the worst keyboard products I have ever purchased.
This is a junk product

I have worked the computers and electronic devices for more than thirty years. This is the worst piece of junk I have ever purchased. Throw it away, cut your loses and run. If you try to return it, they just do not accept your mail.
